It has emerged that corporate giant, Coca Cola will pay nothing to have its Christmas truck parked on The Parade, Kilkenny during Yulefest.
Cllr Malcolm Noonan thinks it's a disgrace that local food producers and businesses have to pay for their stands on The Parade while the US company gets free advertising at the expense of commercial rate payers.
He argued that County Council staff had to work all day to facilitate Coca Cola and said that it was wrong.
