Rest in peace

The late Rita O'Shea

The death has occurred of Rita O'Shea, Lismatigue, Hugginstown, Kilkenny and late of Mooncoin Residential Care Centre. Daughter of the late Larry and Kathleen. Deeply regretted by her loving sister Mary, brothers Jimmy, Richie, Paschal, Larry and Paddy, aunt Margaret, uncles Dick and Pat, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and a wide circle of friends.

Reposing at her brother Jimmy’s residence in Lismatigue (R95 K259) on Friday from 3pm with prayers at 8pm. Arriving at The Church Of The Holy Trinity, Hugginstown on Saturday for requiem mass at 12 noon. Burial after in Calvery cemetery. House private on Saturday morning please.

The late Richard Downey

The death has occurred of Richard (Richie) Downey
Butlerswood, Windgap, Kilkenny on Tuesday 30th January 2018.

Beloved husband of Joan and loving father to Michael, Patrick, Richard, Eleanor and Catriona. Deeply regretted by his loving family, brother Tommy, sisters Sr. Betty and Sadie, daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, grandchildren, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at his home on Thursday from 3pm. Funeral Prayers at 6.30pm followed by removal to The Church of St. Nicholas, Windgap arriving at 7.30pm. Requiem Mass on Friday morning at 11am with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

The late Doreen Gillard

The death has occurred of Doreen GILLARD (née Tennyson)
19 Newpark Close, Kilkenny City, Kilkenny on 31st January 2018, peacefully, at her home, Doreen, beloved mother of the late Tracey, sadly missed by her loving husband Brian, nephews, nieces, her special grandnephew and grandnieces Christain, Leah, Chelsea and Katelyn, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at her home from 5 o'clock on Thursday with Rosary at 7 o'clock. Funeral Prayers on Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock followed by removal to St. John's Church for Requiem Mass at 3 o'clock. Funeral afterwards to St. Kieran's Cemetery.

The late Agnes Stafford

The death has occurred of Agnes Staford (née Crosbie)
Graignamanagh, Kilkenny

Deeply regretted by her husband Frank, sons John, Tony and Frank, daughters Marie, Eilish and Sharon, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, relatives and friends.

Reposing in Walsh's Funeral Home, Graiguenamanagh from 4pm to 9pm Thursday. Removal on Friday at 10.45am to Duiske Abbey for Requiem Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in Calvary Cemetery. Rosary will be recited at 6.30pm on Thursday.
