The late Finbar Phelan
The death has occurred of Finbar Phelan, Newtown Terrace, Thomastown, Kilkenny. Finbar died peacefully at his home on Wednesday 31 January. He is deeply regretted and sadly missed by his loving wife Margaret, daughters Angie and Anna, sons Richard, Philip, Thomas and Jamie, daughters-in-law Rosie and Joanna, sons-in-law Eamon and Emmett, grandchildren Sarah, Ryan, Hannah, Aaron, Cillian, Shane, Kate and Richard, brothers Jim and Dicky, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and many friends.
Reposing at his residence from 5 pm on Friday with rosary at 7 pm that evening. Removal on Saturday morning to the Church of the Assumption, Thomastown to arrive for 11am Requiem Mass followed by interment in St Mary's New Cemetery, Thomastown, Co Kilkenny.
The late Paddy Tobin
The death has occurred of Paddy Tobin, 55 Dunbane, Carrick-on-Suir and formerly of Chapel Street, Mooncoin, Co. Kilkenny.
Reposing at Walsh's Funeral Home, Carrick-on-Suir tomorrow, Friday, from 4.30pm with Removal at 6.30pm to St. Nicholas’ Church. Funeral Mass on Saturday at 10.30am followed by burial in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, to St. Brigid’s Hospice, Carrick-on-Suir.
The late Rita O'Shea
The death has occurred of Rita O'Shea, Lismatigue, Hugginstown, Kilkenny, late of Mooncoin Residential Care Centre. Daughter of the late Larry and Kathleen. Deeply regretted by her loving sister Mary, brothers Jimmy, Richie, Paschal, Larry and Paddy, aunt Margaret, uncles Dick and Pat, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and a wide circle of friends.
Reposing at her brother Jimmy’s residence in Lismatigue (R95 K259) on Friday from 3pm with prayers at 8.00pm. Arriving at The Church Of The Holy Trinity, Hugginstown on Saturday for Requiem Mass at 12 noon. Burial after in Calvery Cemetery. House private on Saturday morning please.
