Food blogger Ciara Attwell
Blogger and writer Ciara Attwell will speak at the City Library next Thursday (February 15) where she will share some of her top tips on how to deal with fussy eaters.
Ciara, is originally from Kilkenny and is the mother of two young children. She started her blog (myfussyeater.com) in 2014 to encourage her young daughter to eat a better and more varied diet and to put some fun back into meal times.
"Since then I have shared over 400 recipes on this site and My Fussy Eater has fast become one of the leading family food blogs in the UK and Ireland. My work is now not just limited to this blog. I regularly contribute to other leading websites and magazines, as well as appearing on TV and radio," said Ciara.
She now lives in the UK where she regular appears on TV and radio and has won numerous awards. She works full time as a food writer and recipe developer and her first cookbook, My Fussy Eater, will be available in bookshops from April 19.
Ciara will host a talk - Making Healthy Eating for Kids Easier - how simple changes can have a positive effect on how your family at the City Library at 11 on February 15. Admission is free.
The talk is part of a Healthy Ireland initiative and is called Healthy Ireland at your Library.
