Snow and severe frost to hit

Met Éireann have said temperatures this morning are as low as -3 Degrees Celsius but you wouldn't believe it was that cold when you looked out your window this morning.

According to www.kilkennyweather.com, it has to do with the air currently over Kilkenny.

In a post on social media, the website said: "When you look at the grass this morning and no frost it's hard to believe air temps were -3 C and -10 C on the grass. The air is too dry to produce frost."
