The death has occurred of James Agar, Coon, Kilkenny at St. Luke’s Hospital, Kilkenny. Beloved husband of Elizabeth and much loved father of Mary, Tom, Séamus, Lisa, Philip, Pauline, Teresa and Anthony. Sadly missed by his son-in-law Ian, daughters-in-law Mary and Trish, grandchildren, great- grandchildren, nieces, nephews and extended family, neighbours and friends.
Reposing in Coady’s Funeral Home, Castlecomer from 3pm on Wednesday 7th, with funeral prayers at 6.15pm, followed by removal to St. Brigid’s Church, Coon. Requiem mass on Thursday at 12 noon, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.
The late Mae Brennan
The death has occurred of Mary P (Mae) Brennan (née Kennedy), Cloghala, Dungarvan, Kilkenny on 4th March peacefully in St. Vincents Hospital Dublin. Deeply regretted by her beloved husband Willie, son Jimmy, daughters Catherine Murphy, (Enniskerry) Mary McCann (Waterford) Carmel McIntyre (Dublin) daughter in law Mary, sons in law Fergus, Noel, and Brian, 14 grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends. She is survived by her siblings Kathleen, Carmel, Eddie, and Noel R.I.P. Reposing at Hehirs Funeral Home, Kilkenny on Tuesday 6th March from 7.15 with rosary at 9 o clock. Requiem Mass on Wednesday at 12 noon in Church of the Assumption, Gowran followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only donations if desired to St. Vincent De Paul.

The death has occurred of Caroline (Carol) Funcheon (née Long), Dean Cavanagh Place, Kilkenny City, Kilkenny. She passed away on Sunday March 4th 2018 at St. Luke's Hospital. She will be sadly missed by her loving husband Eddie, daughter Jennifer, sisters Marie, Margaret and Kathleen, son-in-law David, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
Reposing at Hehir's Funeral Home from 5.30p.m. on Tuesday (March 6th) with Funeral Prayers at 6.30p.m. followed by Removal to St. Mary's Cathedral. Funeral on Wednesday after 11a.m. Requiem Mass to Foulkstown Cemetery(via Jame's St., Friary St. and New St.). House private please.
