The late William Naylor

The death has occurred of William Naylor, 34 Fairview, Graiguenamanagh, Kilkenny. William died peacefully in hospital this morning (Sunday).

Reposing in Walsh's Funeral Home Graignamanagh, from 2pm today with rosary and prayers at 6.30pm. Removal at 10.45am Tuesday morning for 11 o clock Requiem Mass in Duiske Abbey Graignamanagh. Burial afterwards in Calvary cemetery.

The late Jim Cahill

The death has occurred of James (Jim) Cahill, Bancroft Park, Tallaght, Dublin  and formerly of Ballyhale, Co. Kilkenny) – March 9, 2018, (peacefully), after a short illness, in the loving care of the staff of TLC City West, James (Jim), beloved husband of the late Susan; Sadly missed by his step-son Martin, sister Mary, daughter-in-law Maria, grandchildren Debbie and Anna, great grandchildren, nephews, nieces, relatives neighbours and friends.

Reposing on Monday from 4.00pm to 8.00pm at the Ramon Massey and Son Funeral Home, 3 Main Street, Tallaght Village, (opposite the Priory). Removal on Tuesday to St Mary’s Priory, Tallaght Village arriving for 11.00am Mass. Funeral immediately afterwards to Bohernabreena Cemetery. Family flowers only please. The late Margaret Hurley

The death has occurred of Margaret Hurley (née Dowling), Garnaman, Kells, Kilkenny and formerly of Clopook, Ballyfoyle), 10th March 2018, peacefully, surrounded by her family, in the exceptional care of Sarah and staff at Strathmore Lodge Nursing Home, Margaret, pre-deceased by her husband John, brothers Paddy, Tommy, Billy and Bobby, her grandson Paul and granddaughter Grace, she will be sadly missed by her children Liam, Pat, Tilda, Sean, twins Tom and Joe, Mary, Jimmy, Cathleen and Michael, brother Jimmy, sister Mary, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family and friends.

Reposing in Johnston's Funeral Home on Monday 12th March from 7 o'clock with Funeral Prayers at 8 o'clock followed by removal to the Church of the Holy Cross, Kells. Requiem Mass on Tuesday at 11 o'clock. Funeral afterwards to Muckalee Cemetery. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, to the Alzheimers Society of Ireland.

The late Billy Mullally

The death has occurred of William (Billy) Mullally, 12 Beech Park, Castle Road, Kilkenny City and formerly of Enniscorthy, Co. Wexford) 10th March 2018, in the wonderful care of Anne and the staff at Tinnypark Nursing Home. Beloved husband of the late Nell and loving father of Patrick, Paul and Anne. Sadly missed by his family, his daughters-in-law Ber and Ann, son-in-law Michael, grandchildren, great grandchildren, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, cousins, friends and neighbours.

Reposing in Johnston's Funeral Home on Monday (12th March) from 4.30 o'clock with Funeral Prayers at 6 o'clock followed by removal to St. Fiacre's Church, Loughboy. The late Martin Downey

The death has occurred of Martin Downey, Maudlin Street, Kilkenny City, Kilkenny qnd of Tinalinton, Castlecomer at Castlecomer District Hospital. Sadly missed by his sisters Betty, Catherine and brother Michael, sister-in-law, nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, relatives and friends.

Reposing at the residence of his sister Catherine Comerford, The Square, Castlecomer from 4pm on Saturday. Vigil Prayers & Rosary on Saturday evening at 8pm. Funeral Prayers on Sunday evening at 7pm followed by removal to the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Castlecomer. Requiem Mass on Monday morning at 11am with burial in the adjoining cemetery.

The late Kieran McEvoy

The death has occurred of Kieran McEvoy, Rathosheen, Crosspatrick, Johnstown, Kilkenny. Kieran died at home following an illness bravely borne. Beloved husband of Lil and much loved father of Pat, Martin, Margaret, Mary, Kieran Jnr., Anthony, Brendan (R.I.P.) and Liam. He will be sadly missed by his family, his brother Ned, sisters Betty and Stasia, sons in law, daughters in law, grandchildren, great grandchild, brothers in law, sisters in law, nieces, nephews, cousins, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Doyle's Funeral Home, Urlingford on Sunday evening from 5 o'clock until 8 o'clock followed by removal to Crosspatrick Church, arriving at 8.30 o'clock. Requiem Mass on Monday at 11 o'clock followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only please; donations if desired to Kilkenny/ Carlow Homecare Team.

The late Ellen O'Brien

The death has occurred of Ellen O'Brien (née Walsh), Curragh, Rathmoyle, Ballycallan, Kilkenny peacefully on Friday, 9th March, 2018 in the wonderful care of Anne and Staff at Drakelands Nursing Home, Kilkenny surrounded by her loving family. Pre-deceased by her husband James, son Philip and daughter Catherine who died in infancy. Deeply regretted by her daughters Marie, Catherine Christine, Angela, Martina and Assumpta, sons John, James and Mark, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, brother-in-law John, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and a large circle of friends.

Reposing at her son James’s residence (Curragh, Rathmoyle) on Sunday from 2pm with Rosary and Vigil Prayers at 8pm. Funeral Prayers on Monday morning at 11am followed by removal to St. Brigid’s Church, Ballycallan for Requiem Mass at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Ballykeeffe.
