The late Tom Byrne

The death has occurred of Tom Byrne, Barna, via Thurles, Freshford, Kilkenny. Peacefully at home. Beloved husband of Lucy. Dearly loved father of Deirdre, Pamela and Lucy and his beloved cat Vivienne. Dearly loved brother of Kathleen. Sadly missed by his grandchildren, sons-in-law, nieces and nephews, extended family, friends and neighbours.

Reposing in Kennedy's Funeral on this Thursday evening from 5.30 o'clock with Rosary at 8 o'clock followed by removal to St. Lachtain's Church. Funeral Mass on Friday at 11 o'clock followed by burial in St. Lachtain's Cemetery.

The late Kathleen Malone (nee Holden)

The death has occurred of Kathleen Malone (née Holden) Desart, Cuffesgrange, Kilkenny. Peacefully, on Wednesday, 18th July, in the loving care of Sarah and staff at Strathmore Lodge Nursing Home, Callan, Co. Kilkenny. Predeceased by her husband Jim and daughter Elizabeth. Deeply regretted by her sorrowing family, Tom, Ann, Maureen, Helen, Julie and Patricia, grandchildren, great grandchildren, brothers Billy, Larry and Patrick (Lloyd), sons-in-law, daughter-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing in Molloy’s Funeral Home, Callan on Thursday from 7pm with Rosary and Vigil Prayers at 9pm. Funeral prayers in Molloy’s Funeral Home, Callan on Friday morning at 10.15am followed by removal to The Church of the Holy Cross, Cuffesgrange for Requiem Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

The late Damien O' Brien

The death has occurred of Damien O' Brien of Fahee, Kilmacow, KilkennyFormer band member of Chimpanbee, No Hot Ashes & Fuse bands. Will be sadly missed by his mother Kathleen, brothers Derek & Christopher, sisters Sandra & Claire, brothers-in-law Aiden & James, sister-in-law Maria, uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, relatives & his wide circle of friends.

Reposing at his residence on Thursday (July 19th) from 4.00pm until 7.00pm. Requiem Mass on Friday (July 20th) at 12.00oc in St Mary's Church, Ballygunner, Waterford followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.

The late Mary Dowling

The death has occurred of Mary Dowling, Clopook, Ballyfoyle, Kilkenny.

On 16th July 2018, peacefully, in the wonderful and loving care of Sarah and staff at Strathmore Lodge Nursing Home, Callan, pre-deceased by her brothers Tommy, Billy, Paddy, Bobby and her sister Margaret (Hurley), Mary will be sadly missed by her brother Jimmy (New York), sisters-in-law Bridie and Catherine, nieces and nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews, wonderful neighbours and friends.

Reposing in Johnston's Funeral Home on Wednesday (18th July) from 6 o'clock with Funeral Prayers at 7 o'clock followed by removal to St. Brendan's Church, Muckalee. Requiem Mass on Thursday at 11 o'clock. Interment afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

The late Marie Henderson

The death has occurred of Marie Henderson (née Griffin), Glendine Heights and late of Rose Inn St., Kilkenny City, Kilkenny

On July 17th 2018 (peacefully) at her home. Beloved mother of Karina (Tynan), Bernardine (Cody), Mark, Rowland and Shane. She will be sadly missed by her daughters, sons, sisters Joan and Ann, brother Desmond (Canada), son-in-law Pat , daughters-in-law Leigh, Nikki and Gillian, grandchildren Kathy, Luke, Drew, Keelan, Ruby, Amber, Ronelle, Abbi, Phoebe and Sophie, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Hehir's Funeral Home from 5.30p.m. on Wednesday (July 18th) with Funeral Prayers at 6.30p.m. followed by removal to St. Mary's Cathedral. Funeral on Thursday after 11a.m. Requiem Mass to St. Kieran's Cemetery.

 

The late Stephen Kelly

The death has occurred of Stephen Kelly, Coolacutta, Paulstown, Kilkenny. Deeply regretted by his loving wife Ann, children Aoife, Rachel and Tom, parents Mary and Michael Kelly, brothers and sisters, father-in-law Dick, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews, relatives and friends.

Reposing at his residence on Wednesday from 4.oc to 8.oc, with rosary that evening at 8.oc. Removal on Thursday morning arriving at the Church of the Assumption, Paulstown for Funeral Mass at 11.oc. Burial afterwards in the Holy Family Cemetery, Paulstown.

 

The late Cíarán O'Dorchai (Kieran D'arcy)

The death has occurred of Cíarán O'Dorchai   (Kieran D'arcy), formerly of Crosspatrick, Johnstown, Kilkenny. Died on 16 December 2017 in Bonheiden, Belgium. Always remembered and sadly missed by his beloved wife Carine, his loving daughter Síle, his adored grandchildren Simon and Lara, his brother Frank, extended family and friends.

To Remember the Life of our Beloved Kieran a Memorial Mass for Family and Friends will take place on Saturday, 21 July 2018 at 11am in St Michael's Church, Crosspatrick, Johnstown, Co. Kilkenny.
