Criminal damage caused to city centre premises on graffiti rampage

A number of city centre commercial premises were targeted during a criminal damage spree in the early hours of Friday morning.
Properties at the Butterslip, High Street, Kieran Street, Bateman Quay and Parliament were all defaced with graffiti with drug-related slogans emblazoned on the surfaces.
Gardaí are examined CCTV footage from the scenes. The incidents took place between 2am and 2.30am. Anyone with information can contact gardaí on (056) 777 5000.
