Gardaí are investigating criminal damage to a box containing a defibrillator on the grounds of Moneenroe National School.
The vandalism took place over the weekend when the box was damaged.
Anyone who observed any suspicious activity in the area is asked to contact Kilkenny gardaí on (056) 777 5000.
