A charity screening of the hit musical The Greatest Showman will take place in the cinema in Kilkenny later this month.
The event is being organised by Jade Downey who is hoping to raise money for the charity, The Samaritans, which promotes and encourages positive mental health and offers support to those affected by suicide.
"I chose this charity because I think suicide has become a huge issue in Kilkenny and that Samaritans do a great job spreading awareness, and giving support to people who need it," she said.
Tickets are €15 and are available from the cinema on Gaol Road.
The screening will take place at the cinema on Gaol Road at 7.30pm on August 30.
