Enable Ireland shop on Kieran Street, Kilkenny
Enable Ireland has moved premises to Kieran Street, Kilkenny. Enable Ireland has been providing disability services to children and adults in Kilkenny since 2010.
It has raised much needed funds to help support these services. Its new home on St. Kieran’s Street is stocked with great quality men’s, ladies and children’s clothing, books, shoes and lots of ideal and affordable gift items just in time for Christmas.
On Friday, the shop will hold a Customer Appreciation day with discounts, Christmas treats and special buys on offer for all their loyal customers. As a special thank you, customers who spend €40 and get a €10 voucher to spend in store.
“We are really excited to have found a new home for our charity shop in Kilkenny. We have a long association with the people of Kilkenny though our services provided in the O’Neill Centre and customers in our shop on St. Kieran Street won’t be disappointed. It’s a treasure trove of high-quality goods at affordable prices,” said Mary Hynes, Enable Ireland Retail Manager.
The shop is open Monday to Saturday from 9.30am to 5.30pm. Donations are gladly accepted and will be resold or recycled to raise funds for Enable Ireland’s disability services. They love to receive donations of good quality clothing, shoes and accessories, ornaments, towels and linen, crockery, cutlery and glassware, collectables and antiques.
Enable Ireland Kilkenny was established in 1980 as a support group for parents of children with cerebral palsy. They provide a range of vital therapy and support services to children with disabilities and their families from the O'Neill Centre, St. Josephs Road.
