After 40 years of excellent service, Ann Rose who runs the Irish Farmers' Associaton's regional office in Kilkenny was recognised at the IFA annual dinner dance on Saturday night.
Phil Hogan, EU Commissioner for Agriculture, made a special presentation to Ann at the banquet in the Newpark Hotel.
