BoyleSports have cut the price on the Cats winning their 37th title on sunday against tipperary and on Clodagh Cassin winning the Rose of Tralee crown into 66/1 from 80/1.

Clodagh Cassin has been trimmed into 25/1 from 33/1 to bring the Rose of Tralee back to Kilkenny for the first time since Orla O’Shea won it in 2004.

Clodagh has just completed her degree in Agricultural Science and is beginning her master’s next month to become a science teacher. Clodagh is also a huge sports fan having played hockey, basketball, badminton, and rugby.

Chicago Rose Shana Pembroke is still the strong 3/1 favourite from 7/1 following the high level of bets we took on her earlier in the week, with her price being as big as 22/1 initially.

Sarah Kinsella, spokesperson for BoyleSports said: “There could be a Kilkenny double this year with the hurlers winning the All-Ireland SHC this weekend and Kilkenny Rose Clodagh Cassin winning the Rose of Tralee. It’s 66/1 for the double, cut from 80/1, and its 25/1 from 33/1 for the Kilkenny Rose to win. It’s 5/4 for the Cats to beat Tipperary, who are 10/11 favourites”.
