Major development for Gowran, Kilkenny
Bellerin 2 Limited has been granted planning permission for 40 two storey residential
dwellings at Ogenty, Kilkenny Road, Gowran.
They will consist of 10, four-bed dwellings, 17, three-bed dwellings and 13, two-bed dwellings, a public open space; 87 car parking spaces and road widening alignment. A new public footpath will be provided.
