Local brother and sister Dave and Jen White are participating in a sponsored head and beard shave fundraiser in memory of their mother.
Agnes Gibbons White of Viper, Kells, sadly passed away in 2021 from pancreatic cancer. During her illness the whole family benefited from the invaluable care and support of the Carlow Kilkenny Homecare Team and the Irish Cancer Society.
All proceeds raised will be shared between these two amazing organisations. The fundraiser will take place on November 19 in the Clubhouse Hotel, Kilkenny at 9pm.
There will be a raffle on the night with some super prizes provided by generous local businesses see their Instagram page for more details @jendavecharityheadshave.
