The Kilkenny People/Iconic Media have a fantastic new opportunity for a media sales representative to join the team and contribute to our exciting development strategy.
The successful applicant will hit the ground running and take responsibility for a portfolio of existing customers, as well as develop new relationships with potential advertisers. On-the-job training and guidance will help you hit targets and grow into the role. You'll learn the ropes and build skills as part of a highly-experienced and supportive advertising sales team working in one of Ireland's leading regional newspapers - the Kilkenny People - and our thriving website KilkennyLive.
The ideal applicant will have communciation and relationship-building skills to present well and persuade customers of the value of advertising. The role requires a strong communicator who is driven, ambitious and able to think on their feet. It would be an advantage if you have worked previously in a customer-facing or telesales role - but experience is not essential.
