African Underground Mining Services are Hiring

African Underground Mining Services (AUMS) are leaders in the African mining industry, and are currently seeking Irish mine workers to join their African operations in the following permanent positions:

• Underground Maintenance Fitters/Mechanics 
• HS&T Coordinators 
• Underground Auto Electricians 
• Mining Engineers 
• Maintenance Foreman 
• Mining Supervisors 

The below fly-in/fly-out rosters are available from an Irish home base: 

• 6 weeks on / 3 weeks off 
• 8 weeks on / 4 weeks off 

Applicants must be experienced with the latest generation of underground mining equipment, including all frontline machinery by Sandvik, Caterpillar, Normet, Volvo and Atlas Copco. A minimum of 5 years experience in Underground Mining is required for these roles. 

AUMS will be conducting information sessions and interviews for interested candidates at the Clayton Hotel in Fonthill Road, Liffey Valley. This will take place on Saturday 13th October at 4pm and Tuesday 16th October at 4pm.
