Due to essential road resurfacing works Kilkenny County Council wish to advise that road at Upper Patrick Street will be closed to vehicular traffic from junction Ormonde Road to Jacob Street today (Friday) until approximately 5pm.
Local diversions will be in operation and signposted.
In so far as practical local access will be facilitated but is likely to be subject to delays.
Kilkenny County Council appreciates your co-operation and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
