Circle K on the Castlecomer Road (R95 EA3C) has been granted planning permission to develop interior space for an off-licence.
The applicant, Ard Services Limited, sought 'a change of use from permitted retail use to retail use including the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises (i.e. off-licence use) within the overall permitted retail unit, where the floor area for the off-licence use is 10.4 sqm'.
Permission was granted, subject to five conditions, on June 12, 2023.
