Left Bank in Kilkenny City has been announced as the winner of the 'City Bar of the Year' category at this year's Bar of the Year Awards.
The Kilkenny bar was chosen as the category winner after rigorous evaluation and deliberation by an esteemed panel of industry experts.
A recently renovated Bank Of Ireland Branch, Left Bank features a beautifully designed main bar with a lively atmosphere and friendly staff and a large covered and heated smoking area with its own indoor and outdoor bar and an outdoor fireplace.
This impressive building has been transformed into one of Kilkenny’s most popular venues.
The main bar is a beautiful bar with a lively atmosphere for either a mid-week drink or a group night out at the weekend.
Louie’s Backyard (outdoor area) is a fully heated and covered smoking area with its own outdoor fireplace and both an indoor and outdoor bar.
The winners were announced on Monday, August 21 at a gala awards ceremony hosted by Anton Savage at the Clayton Hotel, Burlington Road.
