Gardaí are having a busy morning detecting drivers using their mobile phones in Kilkenny City.
Two drivers in the city centre were detected committing this very offence in the space of just ten minutes.
"Remember, don't hold your phone while driving," a garda spokesperson said.
"Even when you don't see us, we might see you."
