The former Argos outlet on High Street in Kilkenny
LHM Properties Holdings Limited have issued a notice of intention to apply for planning permission to develop the former Argos outlet on High Street in Kilkenny City.
A site notice erected on the building today outlines some of the proposed development details including the replacement of existing fascia and projection signage and the provision of an ancillary off-licence sales area at ground floor level.
New automatic sliding entrance doors are also planned, as well as replacement shopfront glazing and internal fit out works.
