A new business will open its doors for the first time locally later this evening.
The Caffè 500 restaurant will serve authentic Italian cuisine including pizza and pasta dishes along with a range of desserts and will officially open on its new premises at the top of High Street (across from the Left Bank) in Kilkenny City at 6pm this evening (Monday).
The Kilkenny outlet will be Caffè 500's second in the region with its Carlow Town restaurant in operation for the past number of years.
"After months of hard work to create an authentic and welcoming atmosphere, we are thrilled to open our doors and share all our delicacies and specialties with you!," a spokesperson for the restaurant said.
"We can't wait to welcome you to our new space and share with you the passion for good food and Italian hospitality. We look forward to celebrating this special moment together with you!," the spokesperson concluded.
