The new Mayfair Library in Kilkenny City is officially being opened today with Minister for Rural and Community Development and Minister for Social Protection, Heather Humphreys and other local dignitaries.
The new library will open to the public on Thursday, April 25 with large crowds expected in the new facility over the coming weeks.
