Kilcreene Lodge
Shay Properties Limited have been granted planning permission, subject to 11 conditions, for development at Kilcreene Lodge, Kilcreene, Kilkenny.
In the original planning application were proposed works to the existing out-buildings and the area outside the Waterbarracks entrance in Kilkenny City.
The alterations in that application were to consist of the demolition of one out-building, extension and alterations to two outbuildings and the construction of three stables and one new outbuilding.
Upgrade works were also proposed to the area outside the entrance at the Waterbarracks to include new bollards, kerbing and resurfacing the roadway.
After a period of further information and amendments, permission was granted, subject to 11 conditions, to the amended plans, on July 18, 2024.
