Kenneth Egan, silver medal winning boxer at the 2008 Beijing Olympics visited St Kieran's College in Kilkenny City on Thursday afternoon as part of World Mental Health Day.
Egan spoke to students about high performance and mental health.

"I have lived experience in both topics and really enjoy the atmosphere in the room when sharing some of my stories," the Olympic hero posted to social media.
"Thank you to all the students and staff at St Kieran’s College, Kilkenny," he added.
