The Kilkenny Fire & Rescue Service have responded to a fire at an apartment on High Street in Kilkenny City earlier this morning (Friday).
The blaze occurred above the Hale Vape premises, with High Street closed to vehicular traffic for a time.

As of 11.30am, the road has re-opened to traffic, with pedestrian and cyclist access to High Street businesses fully operational.
