The Kilkenny City was a hive of activity for the 1986 parade, precious moments captured by a RTE News broadcast.
The parade held on March 18 that year feature; Seamus Patterson, Minister of State, and Senator Michael Lanigan as well as interview with Francis Brett, Committee Member.
