Local traffic warden, John Dunphy
Kilkenny food blogger, Tracie Daly has paid homage to local traffic warden John Dunphy by posting a short chat with the 'local legend' outside the Kilkenny People offices.

Mr Dunphy has been in the role since January 1988 and claimed he's still in his element job as he gets the opportunity to; 'meet people, the buzz around town' and its 'something out of the ordinary'.
