The Eastern Environs Community Group, based in St John's Parish in Kilkenny City, has heavily criticised 'antisocial indiscriminate dumping' which took place in St Kieran’s Crescent.
"Undeterred by neighbourhood outrage these uncaring litter louts carry -on spreading their waste on communal residential areas.
"SHAME! SHAME! SHAME!"
