Kilkenny County Council have granted planning permission to Raggett Homes (Glendine) Limited to construct a new residential development of 22 new detached dwellings at a site surrounding Glendine House, Glendine Road, Glendine on the outskirts of the city.
The housing scheme will consist of; three four bedroom dwellings and 19 five bedroom dwellings, and all associated works at the site.

The development will also include approximately 2,763 square metres of public open space.
