Fourteen couples have been introduced at the launch of Strictly Let’s Dance Kilkenny, which already looks set to live up to all the buzz generated around the event.
The couples have begun training for what promises to be one of the most exciting events to hit Kilkenny this summer. All are taking part in a six-week training programme in the lead-up to the big day, June 8, in the Lyrath Hotel.

“We have lots of suprises up our sleeves for the night itself.”
Judges on the night will be Pat Byrne, (winner of the Voice of Irelenad, Eoin Carey (KCLR FM DJ) and Laurena Hanley. Contestant Shannon Forerest owner of Kwilla said she was looking forward to the event.
“I signed up for Strictly Let’s Dance to get to know more people in Kilkenny,” she said.
“I never imagined it being this much fun and I’m having such a laugh. I’m so happy to be participating in this great event for the Irish Heart Foundation!”
