Kilkenny Courthouse
A man has appeared in court charged in connection with begging in Kilkenny City.
The male was arrested at The Butterslip and brought before a special sitting of Kilkenny District Court yesterday (Tuesday).
The defendant was charged with an offence of obstructing the passage of persons and was remanded to appear before court in four weeks time.
