A Kilkenny city centre take away has been issued with a Closure Order under the Food Safety Authority of Ireland Act.
The Blue Door take away, on John Street, was issued with the Closure Order by the Health Service Executive last Friday, November 23. According to the Food Safety Authority the order has not yet been lifted.
The order was served by the HSE.
