Goresbridge will be a riot of Spring colour!

Alliums Groesbridge planting

Alliums are a favourite for their great colour

About 2000 bulbs are being planted around Goresbridge at present, mixtures of daffodils, crocuses, alliums, anemone, muscari and camassia.

They will add a nice bit of colour around Goresbridge in the spring and summer. This could not be done without funds and those of you who support Goresbridge Rural Development are helping to get these jobs done.

It’s not easy sowing bulbs but fair play to the lads on our Fás and Tús scheme, Jim Barcoe, Tommy Wall, Billy Mahon, Joe Walsh and Gavin Walsh, thanks very much lads.
