Adjourned for probation report

A DEFENDANT who pleaded guilty to assault, criminal damage and being intoxicated in a public place had his case adjourned.

A DEFENDANT who pleaded guilty to assault, criminal damage and being intoxicated in a public place had his case adjourned.

David Barry, 10 Steeplecourt, New Building Lane admitted the offences at High Street on November 25.

Compensation was handed into the court in respect of the matter.

Judge Eamon O’Briend adjourned to allow for a probation report including recommendations from the Probation Services to May 23.
