Some of Ireland’s most talented chefs will be popping into Kilkenny to cook up a storm and serve mouth-watering feasts during this year’s Savour Kilkenny Food Festival (October 25th – 29th). Food lovers will be in for dining experiences they won’t forget with delicious meals in special pop-up restaurants.
The pop ups include a special Game Supper Club in Kilkenny Castle, a Vegetarian Supper Club in Butler House and a fine dining event from top young chefs, Yannick Van-Aeken and Louise Bannon, two of Irelands most talented young chefs.
According to Marian Flannery, the director of Savour Kilkenny, there is huge interest in the pop up restaurants which are adding a new dimension to this year’s festival.
“Pop up restaurants are a unique way of bringing great cooking talent to Kilkenny and we are also delighted that we are able to open up some of the city’s heritage houses in which to host them. We advise people to book their tickets early due to the strong interest.”
