Lisdowney Wind Farm Ltd has applied to Kilkenny County Council to increase the blade size and location of its wind turbines, but the application has been deemed to be incomplete.
The company is seeking a modification of its original planning permission, consisting of “an increase to the blade tip height (overall turbine height) of four wind turbines from a blade tip height of 99.5m to 121.5m and also to change the location of turbines T1, T3 and T4.”
