Further information has been submitted to Kilkenny County Council for an application seeking retention planning permission for a section of road and an electricity sub-station in Rose Hill Mews.

The planning application by John and Elaine Barry of Blackwater House, Mallow Business Park, Cork is listed as “further validated.”

They are seeking “retention permission for retention of a section of road linking Rosehill Mews and Rose Lawn and associated works and retention of electricity sub station” at Rose Hill Mews, Rose Hill, Maidenhill, Kells Road, Kilkenny.

The estate was the subject of a hearing at Kilkenny Court in March and was adjourned until July.
