Permission for extension of Mooncoin hall

An extension to the Mooncoin hall has received planning permission from Kilkenny County Council.

An extension to the Mooncoin hall has received planning permission from Kilkenny County Council.

The council has given its approval to plans by Vision Mooncoin Ltd for an extension consisting of a youth group facility, office space, toilets and shower area, general purpose conference room and entrance hall, and all associated site works.

The new building will be connected to the existing building by means of a link corridor and common entrance hall, with access to the existing and new buildings from a common entrance.

A development levy of €4,288 will be owed upon commencement of works, according to the planning file.
