The section of motorway on the M9 between Danesfort and Paulstown has reopened to traffic.
The road reopened early this morning (Thursday) after works to repair the subsidence that had occurred on the stretch of road.
A spokesman for the National Roads Authority (NRA) said the NRA was “very pleased with the contractor’s work.”
“It is something that had to be done. They took full responsibility for it and we’re now asking everybody to drive safely and enjoy the work that has just got finished,” the spokesman said.
