Local craft often turns up in unexpected and varied places, and a reader recently spotted work by Gordon Byrne on her European travels.
Of this table, she informed the Kilkenny People: “Spotted this in a design centre in Budapest... Gordon Byrne was the designer... It was an exhibition of best design from each of the European countries.”
