Approval for restaurant, take-away at Fish Centre

The proprietors of the Fish Centre on Kilkenny’s Friary Street have been granted permission to transform part of the shop into a restaurant and take-away.

The proprietors of the Fish Centre on Kilkenny’s Friary Street have been granted permission to transform part of the shop into a restaurant and take-away.

Kilkenny Borough Council has given its approval to John Fennelly for planning permission for “change of use of part of the existing shop to restaurant use for the consumption of hot food on and off the premises.”

It also includes “permission for separate entrances to the proposed new restaurant and existing shop complete with new shop fronts, associated elevation changes and signage.”
