The Cluid housing association is applying for planning permission to demolish an existing house and to construct 20 two bed apartments and one bed apartment on a site at the edge of the city at Dunmore.

The Cluid housing association is applying for planning permission to demolish an existing house and to construct 20 two bed apartments and one bed apartment on a site at the edge of the city at Dunmore.

The proposal is to demolish an existing dwelling house and to construct 21 two bedroomed apartments. The proposal includes for 38 underground and 4 over ground car parking spaces and a plant room at lower floor level. The proposal is to build the development on a 0.82 acre site.

The east elevation facing on to the Castlecomer road will be three storey and two storey to the west elevation facing the Weir housing estate.
