The book of evidence is expected to be served on Carlow father Sanjeev Chada when he appears in court again today.

The book of evidence is expected to be served on Carlow father Sanjeev Chada when he appears in court again today.

The 43-year-old is charged with the murder of his two sons, 10-year-old Eoghan and 5-year-old Ruairi, from Ballinkillen in Carlow in July.

Following an appearance before Harristown District court last month he was further remanded in custody.

He is due before the court again today.
