Business owners or managers looking to enhance their business in 2014 can avail of a free seminar taking place in Carlow tomorrow, January 30, hosted by ManagementWorks.
The free seminar will benefit businesses of all sizes and will introduce people to futureSME, an innovative new programme. The seminar, which takes place at the Talbot Hotel, Carlow, from 7.45am until 9.30am will demonstrate how the best practices and tools, used by the management teams of the most successful businesses, can be applied to your organisation, regardless of size or sector.
“We are delighted to be launching this fantastic Management Team Development Programme, which utilises futureSME methodology,” said Brian Colleran of ManagementWorks.
“The programme will be of huge interest to management teams operating in very competitive markets. It is heavily subsidised and spaces are limited so attendance is strongly recommended.”
FutureSME a transformational process, developed over a four-year period through an EU Framework 7 Project, is fully accredited and exclusively delivered in Ireland by LEAP, a Galway-based training and coaching organisation.
Mike Gaffney of LEAP said SMEs across the country have been struggling to keep their heads above water over the past few years.
“These businesses are critical to the economy’s future success and our recovery from the recession,” he said.
“So now is the time to refocus and concentrate on growth for 2014. The futureSME programme will give businesses the tools and support they need to make this happen”.
ManagementWorks programmes use futureSME methodology to develop the key capabilities of their management teams, to establish clear strategies and goals for team members and develop a shared vision of success.
