FIVE Kilkenny properties will go under the hammer at a fire sale to be held in Dublin next month, with reserve prices that are sure to attract plenty of interest.

Allsop Space has just announced details of the largest ever auction of property in Ireland’s history, it’s final auction for the year, to take place on November 30 in Dublin. Amongst the 112 lots there will be five Kilkenny properties.

There are four lots in The Clover Meadows Development on the Belmont Road in Ferrybank. There is a four bedroomed house with a reserve not to exceed €79,000, a three bedroomed house with a reserve of €60,000, a four bedroomed property with a reserve not to exceed €70,000 and a four bedroomed mid terrace house with an upper reserve of €65,000.

Lot 32 is 8 Irishtown in a retail and office unit in Kilkenny with a reserve not to exceed €140,000. The property comprises a mid terrace retail and office building arranged over ground and two upper floors. Internally the property is arranged to provide office accommodation. The property is strategically located at the junction of Irishtown/Dean Street and Vicar Street in Kilkenny City and was formerly occupied by Fas Employment Services.
