Thieves steal from 10 cars as players train

As players trained in Kilkenny Rugby Club last week, thieves broke into ten cars in the adjacent carpark and took personal belongings from them.

It’s the latest incident in a spate of break-ins to cars in Kilkenny. Gardai have urged people not to leave anything of value behind in their vehicles if at all possible.

Burglary

Meanwhile, Gardai are also investigating a burglary at a private residence in Cuffesgrange between 5.10pm and 6.45pm. A vehicle, thought to be a jeep, was spotted leaving the scene.
