Orla Thornton of Clontubrid, Ballyragget was fined €150 for driving 73kph in a special speed limit zone of 60kph on the N76 at Archerslease, Kilkenny on July 24, 2011.

Niall Brophy of Ballycondra, Ballyragget was fined €150 for non-display of a tax disc at Foulkstown, Kilkenny on August 3, 2011.

Katie Grant of 13 Abbeygrove, Gowran was fined €150 for non-display of a tax disc at Blanchfields Park, Kilkenny on August 28, 2011.

Sean Kearns with an address c/o Micky’s Bar, Bridge Street, Callan was fined €60 for the non-display of a tax disc at Ballyconra, Ballyragget on September 14, 2011.

Larry Brennan of 33 Larchfield, Kilkenny was fined €150 for non-display of a tax disc at Parliament Street on August 11, 2011.

Brendan O’Brien of 15 Rosewood, Johnswell Road, Kilkenny was fined €400 for having no insurance and €100 for driving without a licence at the Johnswell Road, Kilkenny on July 3, 2011.

Matthew Holohan of 8 The Meadows, Callan was fined €100 for non-display of a disc at Archerslease, Kilkenny on July 5, 2011.

Martin McGorrian of Flat 3, N0 4, Castlecomer Road, Kilkenny was fined €80 for having an expired tax disc at John’s Bridge, Kilkenny on June 22, 2011.

Brian Hennessy of Sheestown Avenue, Sheestown, Kilkenny was fined €60 for having an expired tax disc at John Street, Kilkenny on August 12, 2011.
